On Thursday we went to the fire fighter's department. We watched a video that taught us to have a meeting place if our house catches on fire. If I'm on fire, I gotta stop, drop, and roll. We got a tour for George's birthday because he's been wanting to go there so Dad set it up for us to go.

Dad also set it up for Spencer to have lunch with an investment man at the bank. He taught Spencer about the stock market. Spencer's birthday was September 22 and he got money to invest.

After the fire department we went to the hospital to see Ma and Mom. Ma was happy we were there but she looked very drowsy. They gave her blood today. Maybe she got Dad's blood because he gave some for her. She has been in the hospital for eleven days. So has my mom but Mom comes home to get dressed or take a shower but she usually takes a shower at the hospital and just picks up her clean clothes.

Mom said Ma will get out of the hospital tomorrow. What a relief!
